Return Policy (Domestic and International) 

Domestic Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For confirmation, you need to attach a picture of the product with tags and original packaging and mail us with your Order ID with shipping label on {support@darkofficial.in}

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or issues
We keep less inventory to inspect the quality of each product. There is a very rare chance that product you will receive has any defects or issues. We always ensure the packaging (with tags, cards) of each product.

Missing Items

First, please check the package carefully.

In most cases, the items might still be in the box. Before you get worried that some items are missing from your parcel, make sure you have thoroughly checked the packing materials. In some cases, some items are shipped separately and you would receive different tracking numbers if it is the case.

Second, contact us

If a product is missing, we can help. Please e-mail photos of the shipping label and the box with the items received, a brief description of the situation, the order number to support@darkofficial.in We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.

You can tell us about your missing item within 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or reship.

 

Lost Packages

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@darkofficial.in

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel/amend my order after I've placed it?

If your order is placed on a week day, our warehouse is really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes or cancel it once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead if informed on mail within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

International Returns

D.A.R.K accepts International returns. A 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All fees are the responsibility of the customer in international return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For confirmation, you need to attach a picture of the product with tags and original packaging and mail us with your Order ID with shipping label on {support@darkofficial.in}

Someone from our support service will review and get back to you shortly with an unpaid return label if your claim is approved. 

International Exchanges

D.A.R.K does not offer exchanges on International orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

Once you have received an email from us confirming your refund, please allow 2-7 business days for the money to reach your account,

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
